Strength & Tone with Heather Boucher: This Strength and Tone class features a full-body workout using equipment like dumbbells, bands, or bodyweight to target all major muscle groups. This class combines cardio and strength for a medium impact workout.

Heather's bio: Heather Boucher is a passionate fitness instructor who believes strength is built both in
the gym and the outdoors. Heather is known for her high energy, encouraging style. “I like to focus on helping people build strength, confidence and resilience.”

With a deep love for nature, Heather spends most of her free time hiking mountain summits, exploring trails and staying active with her husband, two boys and dogs.

Heather’s mission is simple:
Help people become a stronger version of themselves. Move with purpose, challenge your body, enjoy the process; keep smiling!

Alaina's bio: ​With a unique blend of discipline, energy, and grace, Alaina brings a powerhouse perspective to the studio. As a Taekwondo Black Belt, she understands the precision and mental grit required for high-level movement, and she translates that focus into every Barre and Cardio Barre session she leads.

​Alaina’s classes are designed to challenge your limits while maintaining the intentionality of the barre technique. Outside of the studio, she stays busy keeping up with her young child, a role that fuels her passion for helping others find strength and balance in their own hectic lives. Whether you are looking to refine your form or get your heart rate soaring, Alaina provides the motivation you need to reach your next level.

Yoga, Dance & Fitness Instructor
Jody’s life has been a whirlwind of movement since she first stepped into a dance studio at the
age of three! A lifelong performer with an infectious energy, she spent her formative years as a
standout dancer with the Gloria Francis Dancers before taking the stage as both a dancer and
actress with the Inner City Ensemble.
Her technical roots run deep in Ballet, Modern, and Lyrical dance, but it’s her vibrant spirit that
truly defines her teaching style. With decades of experience across community programs and
recreation departments—and a local reputation for show-stopping tap dancing featured in the
Monadnock Ledger and Union Leader—Jody knows exactly how to command a room and keep
the vibes high.
Today, Jody brings that "center-stage" excitement to every session. Whether you’re finding your
flow in Yoga or hitting the beat in Zumba, Jody’s mission is to make sure you’re having so much
fun you’ll completely forget you’re working out! Her classes aren’t just exercises; they are high-
energy celebrations of what your body can do.
