Sabrina's Bio:
Sabrina's passion for fitness started back in 2009 during her last year of college where she lost 100lbs. Losing the weight shifted her career focus to health and fitness. She wanted to help people become a healthier version of themselves no matter what life had thrown their way. As a mom of three, her main goal is to be a positive role model to instill the importance of being active to her three children. In her spare time, you can find her reading, spending time outdoors hiking and exploring tiny houses throughout New England. Sabrina has been a personal trainer and fitness instructor for over a decade. She has taught HIIT, bootcamp, spin, barre and Pilates sculpt classes. She is a certified Mat Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor through the American Aerobics Association International/ International Sports Medicine Association (AAAI/ISMA). |
