Amelia's passion for teaching is rooted in respect for yoga philosophy and living the practice beyond the movements on the mat. She believes commitment and consistency are the cornerstones of a lifelong practice. Her slow flow classes allow beginners and experienced practitioners alike to explore the present moment with breath and movement. Her style mixes pranayama, meditation, and thoughtfully designed sequences with equal parts of challenge and recovery.
With over 500 hours of training, Amelia is dedicated to learning and textual study. She holds a BFA in Comparative Literature and is an avid reader and writer. In the warmer months, you can find her outdoors hiking the mountains of New England or dancing to live music.
