In this group session you will learn and practice techniques for relaxing and calming the nervous system as well as accessing and increasing your innate intuition.

~ Work with your breath and meridian points to access  deep levels of relaxation.
~ Participate in a group meditation including:
  • a Guided Meditation with music in specific healing frequencies
  • Sound Healing with Crystal Singing Bowls and voice
  • ending with a gentle Qigong practice

​Edyta Zych Weighart is a devoted meditation practitioner and teacher focused on guiding each individual to find their special and unique form of connection to both themselves and spirit. She uses her decades-long vocal training and her love of song to offer deep, soothing restoration through her sound healing work. Edyta is a Master Reiki healer & teacher and is a dedicated student and practitioner of Tarot, Traditional Astrology and the Shamanic Rites of the Munay Ki. She lives in New Hampshire with her beloved family, one cat and several chickens.
