Satya Hurley is a heart-centered yoga teacher who brings a deeply therapeutic approach to her classes. Rooted in the Hatha tradition and inspired by the teachings of T.K.V. Desikachar, her practice emphasizes breath-centered movement, mindful awareness, and inner connection.
With over 1,000 hours of training—including advanced studies in trauma-sensitive yoga—and more than a decade of experience in yoga, energy healing, and mind-body therapies, Satya creates a space where students can move with intention, breathe with presence, and reconnect with their innate wisdom.
Beyond yoga, she is an educator, Reiki Master Teacher, Leela Therapist, and clinical hypnotherapist. She co-owns Cup of Life Healing Center alongside her husband, where she supports personal transformation through holistic energy healing and embodied awareness.
