7-8:30pm

Come to this free, community dance circle to connect with movement and yourself in a new way! Intuitive dance uses music, movement, and breath to drop deeply into the present. In the moment, we find clarity and open ourselves to new possibilities. No dance experience necessary, and no specific dance instruction will be provided; this is all about letting the music move and guide you, and you can move as little or as much as feels right. 90 minutes includes time for stillness and integration at the end. Open to adults of all ages and abilities. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move around in, and bring a water bottle, a yoga mat if you prefer using your own, and an eye mask if you’d like extra support in turning inward.
