Join us as we explore the sign of Cancer, first water sign and 4th in the zodiac. Beginning at the Summer Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere, the Sun enters Cancer as it reaches its fullest influence and begins to retreat into darkness. Just as the world is full in bloom, this sign reminds us the importance of our inner sanctuaries, ancestral roots, and home spaces. Ruled by the Moon, Cancer calls on us to explore the Mother archetype, nourishment, womb space, and the emotional tides we feel within.
This is the fourth in a series of 12 gatherings intended for people of all levels of astrological understanding. We will explore the sign of Cancer through myth and simple exercises, and look at the charts for upcoming planetary transits and lunar cycles.
No preregistration is necessary. Bring your chart if you want, though it’s not a requirement to participate fully. I'm looking forward to our deepening discussion and exploration of the watery home realm Cancer provides.
