Friday evenings at 6:30p with Madison & Sharon

Together we will connect more deeply to ourselves by combining breath, meditation, and mindful movement. This class will give you the tools to build mobility, strength, a more balanced nervous system, and a deeper mind-body connection. 
We welcome both beginners and well seasoned yogi’s that wish to slow things down and explore movement.

Madison Aldrich is a 500 hour registered yoga teacher with additional training in Yoga For Arthritis, Chair Yoga, and continues to study the Science of Yoga. She specializes in a somatic yoga practice by creating a strong foundation based on alignment, knowledge on how our bodies move through space, and our mind-body connection. Her classes are known for their calming and supportive atmosphere that both supports and challenges us to grow and expand.
